THE MUNRO
The essence of a true field watch -
Perfectly balanced. Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

The journey began in 2021 with rigorous design, prototyping phases and testing in the Scottish Highlands. The result? Our 37.5mm vision of the perfect field watch. A contoured 9.25mm case blends seamlessly with the wrist, providing uninhibited movement, whether you’re reaching for your next rock hold or another sip of that post hike pint. A top hat sapphire crystal adds 0.75mm of elevation, taking the Munro to a svelte 10mm total height. Domed crystal and dial edges offer the nostalgic depth from our favourite timepieces of yesteryear. When the light fades, the deep filled hands and markers will shine bright with Grade A BGW9 lume, a crisp white in the daylight and cool blue in the dark. Inside, a high beat automatic movement, Miyota’s premium 9039, hermetically sealed to a water resistance of 150m. The chunky screw-down crown offers a reassuring presence and ease of adjustment, even with gloved hands or freezing finger tips. It’s been said by many that the perfect field or steel sports watch should have a bracelet with a good taper. We agree, that’s why the Munro comes with a 20mm to 16mm tapering bracelet with a sleek toolless micro-adjustable clasp. Bevelled, fully articulated links make for a butter smooth, snag-free fit – we think you’re going to love it! The Munro logo at 6 o’clock is our subtle nod to ‘Dirty Dozen’ watches, commissioned by the British Ministry of Defence in World War II – arguably the genesis of the field watch genre that we recognise today, and the earliest source of inspiration for the Munro. The Munro is assembled by hand, in Britain. Rigorously tested and carefully inspected, we ensure each piece is given the attention it deserves. The Munro - any place, anytime, anywhere, you'll be ready.

WHAT'S IN A NAME
MUNRO:
Scotland's highest mountains, where rugged terrain and treacherous ridges create secluded amphitheatres and an adventurer's playground.
WHAT DO THE EXPERTS SAY?
BEHIND THE DIAL
RIDGELINE
LIFE SAVING FUNCTIONALITY
Ridgeline adds a joyful colour palette to the traditionally reserved field watch genre, while infusing a unique functionality. This distinct dial echoes mountain slopes, criss crossing the length of a Scottish glen – one of our favourite sights when travelling north of Edinburgh, into the Highlands. The segments provide a unique inclinometer function. A visual cue to the critical gradients where avalanches are most likely to occur - a tool that could prove life saving to mountaineers and cross country skiers alike. Finally, the dial features a refined vertical brushed effect, drawing inspiration from mountains shrouded in hazy precipitation. Whether in the Highlands or chartering your next adventure - the playful colours pair perfectly with vibrant summer days and will uplift you in the midst of winter.
SPINDRIFT
FULL LUME
Imagine yourself on a rugged mountaineering expedition, facing the relentless fury of wind-whipped spindrift snow. Sculpting treacherous cornices, and spiraling into the sky, spindrifts can change a montane atmosphere in the blink of an eye. The full lume Spindrift dial provides next level legibility in extreme conditions. Glowing bright with generously applied Grade A BGW9 lume. Bold black hands and applied markers contrast against the crisp dial to provide superlative clarity.
HIGHLAND AMBER
THINK SINGLE MALT & SUN DRENCHED MOORELAND
This inviting and playful shade draws inspiration from golden malt whisky, ochre burns, sun-bathed moorland, and the hues of evening skies. Fresh green accents not only separate the black minute track but also punctuate the engraved crosshair for intuitive legibility. This lively colourway will look great on your next adventure, be it in the Highlands or urban jungle.
PITCH BLACK
CLASSICS ARE CLASSIC FOR GOOD REASON
A deep black dial with a discreet vertical brushing. The effect evokes Highland views of hazy rain on distant mountain tops. It's a subtle effect, only visible in certain light, that adds depth and a premium touch to the dial. Red triangles accent the dial, providing additional character to this otherwise monochromatic take on the classic field watch.
